When Betway credits promotional Sports Bonus credits to your account, they will be stored in your Sports Bonus wallet. Only one Sports Bonus can be active at a time, specifically the most recent bonus you’ve received.
Sports Bonus credits must fulfill specific play-through requirements before withdrawal, which are enforced automatically by the Betway Sports Bonus Wallet. If you do not wish to keep a Sports Bonus that has already been credited, you may request removal via email or telephone. However, if play-through has started, removal isn’t possible until you’ve fulfilled the associated requirements.
If you withdraw your cash balance before receiving your bonus, the bonus and any related winnings will be forfeited. Additionally, if your Sports Bonus balance falls below BWP 1 before completing play-through requirements, and no bets are currently active, these requirements are considered met.

Winning bets placed using Sports Bonus credits will return winnings to your Sports Bonus Wallet as cash only after play-through conditions are satisfied.
